Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, activate email filters, create autoresponders and secure your email mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email box accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the mailbox you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
